By creating an account, verifying a phone number, or otherwise using League Captain Assistant (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by Racquet Management Solutions, LLC (“we,” “us”), a Louisiana limited liability company.
League Captain Assistant is a team management platform for organized league play. It allows captains and league administrators to import schedules, manage rosters, collect player availability, generate and distribute lineups, coordinate reschedules, and record match results — with communication delivered by direct text message rather than group chat.
The Service is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the United States Tennis Association or any of its sections, districts, or local leagues.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, unless a parent or legal guardian creates and manages the account on behalf of a minor participant.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Access is secured through phone verification; you agree not to share verification codes or allow others to access your account.
If you are a captain or administrator adding others to a roster, you represent that you have an existing real-world relationship with those individuals as teammates or league participants, and that you are providing their contact information for the legitimate purpose of coordinating league play.
Program description. League Captain Assistant, operated by Racquet Management Solutions, sends match coordination text messages to league players and captains who have verified their mobile number within the Service.
Message types. A single roster invitation containing the link to opt in; one-time account verification codes; and, only after you opt in, match availability requests, day-of match reminders, lineup notifications, reschedule coordination and related replies, and administrative notices about your team.
Message frequency. Frequency varies with your team’s activity. Participants typically receive approximately 2–8 messages per week during an active league season, and fewer or none outside of it.
Cost. Access to League Captain Assistant is sold as a paid subscription, purchased by a team captain or by a league organization on behalf of its teams (see Section 6). There is no separate or per-message charge for the text messages described here, and individual players are never charged to receive them. Message and data rates may apply according to your own mobile carrier plan.
How to opt in. Your captain adds you to a team roster. We then send your number one invitation text containing a link to your team’s page — the only message we send before you opt in. You tap the link, enter your own mobile number, check the consent box, and verify the number with a one-time code. That verification, with the box checked, is your affirmative consent to receive ongoing messages, and it is recorded with a timestamp. Until it is complete we send you nothing else; if you never complete it, the invitation is the only message you will receive. Team captains opt in the same way.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further messages from the program. You may also opt out by contacting us directly at the address below, or by leaving the team within the Service.

Supported carriers. The program is supported by major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates this section.
Access to the Service is sold as a paid subscription. A subscription is purchased either by an individual captain covering a single team, or by a league organization covering multiple teams under its administration. Prices, billing periods, and any trial terms are presented at the time of purchase.
Individual players are never charged. A player added to a roster by a captain uses the Service at no cost, and there is no per-message fee to any user at any time. What you are paying for, if you are a captain or an organization, is access to the platform — not the messages themselves.
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You retain ownership of the rosters, schedules, results, and other information you enter into the Service. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that information as needed to operate the Service for you and the team or organization you belong to.
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Racquet Management Solutions, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. These Terms do not grant you any right to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every message will be delivered on time or at all. Message delivery depends on mobile carriers and other third-party systems outside our control. You remain responsible for your own league obligations, including verifying that lineups comply with applicable league rules before submitting them, and appearing for scheduled matches. The Service is a coordination aid, not a substitute for your own diligence. See Section 10.
The Service can generate proposed lineups and apply league eligibility rules — including combined-rating limits, individual rating caps, and roster minimums — based on rules configured within the Service and on player rating data imported from third-party sources.
These rules are applied as configured, and configurations can be wrong or out of date. League regulations differ by national governing body, section, district, state association, and local league. They are revised periodically, sometimes mid-season, and sometimes without public notice. Individual leagues may adopt local rules that supplement or differ from sectional regulations. Rating data imported from a third-party system may be inaccurate, stale, or incomplete at the time a lineup is generated.
Every lineup the Service produces is a proposal, not a compliance determination. The Service does not verify, and cannot verify, that a proposed lineup complies with the rules in force for your league on the date of your match.
Verification is your responsibility. Before submitting any lineup, scorecard, or roster to a league, you are responsible for confirming that it complies with the rules currently in force for your league, division, and level. If you are a captain, that responsibility is yours regardless of what the Service proposed, displayed, or permitted you to save.
We are not liable for the consequences of a non-compliant lineup. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Racquet Management Solutions, LLC is not liable for any forfeit, default, disqualification, grievance, sanction, penalty, loss of standing, loss of eligibility, loss of a match or championship advancement, or any other consequence arising from a lineup, roster, or scorecard that did not comply with applicable league rules — whether the non-compliance resulted from an error in the Service, from rule data that was incorrect or out of date, from inaccurate imported rating data, or from any other cause.
Rule data may change or be corrected without notice. We may update rating caps, eligibility rules, and other league rule data within the Service at any time. Doing so does not create an obligation to identify, notify you of, or remedy any lineup generated before the correction.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Racquet Management Solutions, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from missed matches, forfeits, undelivered messages, lineup errors, or data loss.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100).
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, for non-payment, or where necessary to protect the Service or its users.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated to active users. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Caddo Parish, Louisiana, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
