League Captain Assistant (“the Service,” “we,” “us”) is a team management platform for organized tennis and pickleball league play, operated by Racquet Management Solutions, LLC, based in Shreveport, Louisiana.
This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you provide directly:
Information provided by your team captain or league organization:
A captain or league administrator may add you to a team roster, which can include your name, phone number, email address, and skill rating. Being added to a roster does not by itself enroll you in text messaging — you must verify your own mobile number before any account becomes active or any ongoing messages are sent.
Information generated through use of the Service:
We use your information solely to operate the Service:
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not build marketing profiles.
This section applies specifically to mobile phone numbers and SMS communications.
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We collect your mobile phone number only for the purpose of sending match coordination messages and account verification codes related to the team you belong to. Consent to receive these messages is given by you directly, through phone verification inside the Service, and can be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP to any message.
Message frequency varies with your team’s activity and is typically 2–8 messages per week during an active league season. Message and data rates may apply.

We share information only in these limited circumstances:
Within your team and league. Your name, skill rating, availability responses, lineup assignments, and match results are visible to your team captain, your teammates, and administrators of the league organization your team belongs to. This is the core function of the Service.
With service providers who operate the platform on our behalf. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the Service and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:
When required by law. We may disclose information if compelled by valid legal process or where necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of users or the public.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, for any purpose.
We retain your information for as long as your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward to preserve league and season records. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time using the contact details below. Some records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections, authenticated access, and access controls scoped so that users see only the teams and organizations they belong to. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information entrusted to us.

The Service is intended for use by adults aged 18 and over. Where a league permits minor participants, a parent or legal guardian must provide the minor’s information, verify the mobile number, and manage the account on the minor’s behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If we learn we have done so, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes affecting how we handle your mobile information or text messaging will be communicated to active users.
